To create Issue, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Issues > Add Issue.
2. Enter Issue Name.
3. Enter Issue Description.
4. Check Activity Status.
5. Click to "Save" button.
- List Issue
To See Issue List, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Issues > Issue List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit issue.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete issue.
To create Service Type, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Service Type > Add Service.
2. Enter Service Name.
3. Enter Service Amount.
4. Enter Service Description.
5. Check Activity Status.
6. Click to "Save" button.
- List Service Type
To See Service List, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Service Type > Service List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit Service.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete Service.
To create Service Point, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Service Point > Add Service Point.
2. Enter Service Point Name.
3. Enter Service Point Description.
4. Select Service Point Receptionist.
5. Select Multiple Service Point Agent.
6. Select Service Point Manager.
7. Check Activity Status.
8. Click to "Save" button.
- List Service Point
To See Service Point , please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Service Point > Service Point List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit Service Point.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete Service Point.
To create Retailer Camp, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Retailer Camp > Add Retailer Camp.
2. Enter Retailer Camp Name.
3. Enter Retailer Camp Description.
5. Select Multiple Retailer Camp Agent.
6. Select Retailer Camp Manager.
7. Check Activity Status.
8. Click to "Save" button.
- List Retailer Camp
To See Retailer Camp , please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Retailer Camp > Retailer Camp List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit Retailer Camp.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete Retailer Camp.
To create New Users, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Users > Add Users.
2. Enter Users First Name.
3. Enter Users Last Name.
4. Enter Users Email.
5. Enter Users Password.
6. Enter Users Confirm Password.
7. Select Users User Type.
8. Select Users User Role.
9. Enter Users Mobile No.
10. Select Users Photo.
11. Check Activity Status.
12. Click to "Save" button.

To See Users , please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Users > Users List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit User.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete User.

Admin Report & Overview
- Overview
After login to the web application, Admin can see full overview of this application.
To See Service Point Report, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Dashboard .
2. Click to "Service Point" button .
2. Click to "Details" button for single Service Point.
3. Click to "View" button for Single Agent Details.
To See Retailer Camp Report, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Dashboard .
2. Click to "Retailer Camp" button .
2. Click to "Details" button for single Retailer Camp.
3. Click to "View" button for Single Agent Details.

BRANCH/SERVICE-POINT MANAGER DASHBOARD
After login to the web application, Manager can see full overview of Manager Dashboard.
To create Counter, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Counter > Add Counter.
2. Enter Issue Counter No.
3. Select Single Service Agent.
5. Click to "Save" button.

To See Counter List, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Counter > Counter List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit Counter.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete Counter.

After login to the web application, Manager can see token display scrren.
To See Token Display, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Display.

After login to the web application, Manager can see full overview of Retailer Manager Dashboard.
To create Retailer Point, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Retailer Point > Add Retailer Point.
2. Enter Issue Retailer Point Name/No.
3. Select Multiple Retailer Agent.
5. Click to "Save" button.
- List Retailer Point
To See Retailer Point List, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Retailer Point > Retailer Point List.
2. Click to "Edit" button for edit Counter.
3. Click to "Delete" button for delete Counter.
After login to the web application, Manager can see Branch Report.
To See Retailer Point Report, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Dashboard.

After login to the web application, Receptionist can see full overview of Reception Dashboard.
To entry Token, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Token.
2. Enter Driver Full Name.
3. Enter Driver Mobile No.
4. Enter Driver Vehicles Number.
5. Select Driver Flow.
6. Select Issue Type.
7. Click to "Entry" button.

To See Token List, please do the following:
1. Go to Dashboard Sidebar Menu > Click Dashboard .
2. Click to "Back To Entry" button for Entry New Token.
